Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

All orders ship via United States Postal Service and arrive within 1 to 3 business days after processing.

Total delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is $8.00 on orders from $25.00 to $99.99.

Shipping is free on all orders of $100.00 and up.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked delivered. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Warm Weather and Melting

Our body butters are made with natural shea, coconut, and jojoba oils, which soften and melt in warm temperatures. Please collect your package promptly after delivery and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If your product arrives softened or melted, place the sealed jar in a cool area or refrigerate briefly until it firms up. This does not affect quality or safety.
